locale pubimbue ( const locale & loc );

Imbue locale

Associates the locale object loc to the stream buffer by calling the virtual member function imbue.

A locale object contains culture-specific information on how to interpret certain input and output operations.

Parameters

loc
locale object to be imbued (associated) as the new locale for the stream buffer.

Return Value

The locale object associated to the stream buffer before the call.
